Recently, Gao Aiguo, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal People's Congress, investigated the development of tourism environment in Zixing City.

Gao Aiguo arrived at Dada Chain Logistics, Citrus Orchard in Qingcao Village, Yunwu Mountain Tourist Homestay, Municipal Aquaculture Farm, Xiyan Tourist Homestay Project, Bailang Lake Interception Pipeline Network, and Bailang Citrus Yellow Shoot Disease Demonstration Base, and held a meeting to hear a report on the joint development of tourism and environment in Zixing City.

In recent years, Zixing City has firmly established and practiced the development concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" in the integration development of ecological environment protection and ecological industry in the Dongjiang Lake Basin, adhered to the principle of ecological protection priority, and adopted a number of measures simultaneously and comprehensively. The regional ecological environment quality of Zixing River Basin has been gradually improved, and the water quality of the State-controlled section of Dongjiang Lake has been maintained in the first class of surface water standards for a long time. Zixing City has also relied on the advantages of industrial resources and ecological environment, and continuously strengthened and improved its ecological industry in the direction of green and high-quality development.

Gao Aiguo pointed out that we should form a consensus, take the initiative to find the joint point between environmental protection and tourism industry development, enhance tourism service awareness, improve service quality and innovative development.
