On August 15, Tianxin Village, Tanping Town, Jiahe County, held the founding meeting of the special education funds at the village level. The donation raised at the unveiling ceremony amounted to 396,000 yuan. At the meeting, the Tianxin Village Special Education Funds awarded and funded 13 university freshmen with excellent academic and moral qualities in the village in 2019. A total of 59,000 yuan of scholarship was awarded.

It was understood that Tianxin Village Special Education Funds was approved by Jiahe County Education Foundation on July 1, 2019, which belongs to the village branch of the County Education Foundation. Its purpose is to support education, serve education and promote the development of education, and the main functions are to raise charitable funds for education for the society, to carry out educational public welfare activities such as assisting students and teaching assistants, awarding scholarship and teaching, and to improve the conditions of running schools.
