Recently, the Chenzhou High-quality Homestay Development Meeting was held in Zixing City. The group leader or deputy group leader and office director from 11 counties and municipalities of the whole city participated in the meeting.

In recent years, Chenzhou City has actively promoted the development of homestay economy, relying on natural, ecological, tourism, human resources and location advantages, revitalized idle real estate, combined homestay with leisure tourism, and vigorously cultivated and developed homestay tourism industry to make the homestay economy a new bright spot in the development of tourism industry in the city. At present, Chenzhou City has 76 high-quality homestays, receiving more than 250,000 tourists annually.

At the meeting, the advanced experience report of Zixing city in developing homestay economy industry was presented. Some representatives of homestay owners made speeches, and the counties and municipalities reported on the development of homestay industry in their respective jurisdictions.

Gao Aiguo highly affirmed the achievements made in the development of homestay industry, comprehensively analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the process of homestay development, and made plans for the next development of high-quality homestays in Chenzhou.

Gao Aiguo demanded that all counties and municipalities should further establish brand awareness of homestay, clarify the orientation of homestay industry, vigorously develop precise investment, take rural revitalization as a breakthrough, and make great efforts to promote the development of the homestay industry, help to overcome poverty, comprehensively improve the living environment and living standards of urban and rural residents, and increase the well-being of the whole city's people.
