On August 27 and 28, Chen Fei, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, and his delegation went to the enterprises in Anren, Linwu and Jiahe counties to investigate the sustainable development of enterprises. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, participated in part of the investigation.

On the afternoon of the 27th, Chen Fei and his delegation drove hundreds of miles from the urban area to Anren County, the northernmost end of Chenzhou City, and went to Jinfu Science and Technology Electronics Factory and Sany Pcteam for investigation. Jinfu Technological Electronics is a high-tech foreign-funded enterprise which integrates R&D, production and sales. Chen Fei has a thorough understanding of the production, operation and market situation of the enterprise. He pointed out that enterprises should survive on the basis of quality, develop on the basis of reputation and market demand; should base themselves on local, national and steady development, and do better, strengthen and grow bigger to achieve sustainable operation.

During the investigation in the Calcium Carbonate Industrial Park, Chen Fei carefully inquired about the use of calcium carbonate industry, product development plan and investment attraction. He pointed out that the development of mining areas should be based on the concept of global development. On the basis of investigation and research, the problems of mining development, mining management, mountain restoration and surrounding land use should be considered comprehensively, so as to form a scientific, rational and sustainable overall plan and take a good road of industrial transformation and development in mining areas.

Chen Fei went into Dongjia Electronics Workshop to get a detailed understanding of the production and operation of the enterprise. He urged the enterprise to deepen reform and innovation, improve quality and efficiency, strengthen supervision of production safety, reduce production costs, improve development level and achieve high-quality development.

Foundry industry is the main industry pillar of Jiahe County. In the afternoon of that day, Chen Fei and his delegation also went deep into Jiahe County Economic Development Zone and Dingxin Foundry Co., Ltd. Dingxin Foundry Co., Ltd. has introduced world-class brand equipment and built the first-class foundry workshop and unattended automatic casting processing workshop in China. Chen Fei pointed out that we should further strengthen the research and development of products and technologies, endow the industry with new connotation, enhance the new power of development, and constantly enhance the core competitiveness of products.
