On the afternoon of August 28, Professor Liu Qiuting, head of the certification supervision group of Hunan Stroke Alliance and Director of Neurology Department of Hunan Brain Hospital, led relevant medical experts to Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM for on-site certification of Hunan Stroke Alliance.

At the briefing, the Chenzhou Municipal Health Commission pointed out that the certification of the Stroke Center for Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM will improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of stroke in Chenzhou, take a new step in the construction of medical system and turn a new page in the history of medical development. Chenzhou Municipal Health Commission has attached great importance to the construction of stroke center and will give strong support in all aspects.

Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM introduced the general situation of the hospital and the basic construction situation, organization and management structure, personnel training, technical development, TCM characteristics, health management and follow-up education, two-way referral of the stroke center. Professor Liu Qiuting, the certification supervision group of Hunan Stroke Alliance, listened to the report and made suggestions on the existing problems and improvement measures.

After listening to the report, the expert group went deep into the field for inspection and guidance, and went into emergency department, encephalopathy department, neurosurgery department, radiology department, interventional department, laboratory department and other clinical frontline departments for field investigation. According to the certification indicators, the expert group carefully and thoroughly inspected the basic conditions for the construction of hospital stroke center, the development of stroke work, the management, training and meeting of thrombolytic time nodes, health education and follow-up management, emergency green passage, relevant signs, hardware and software facilities, information construction, thrombolytic case data, etc., and understand the medical staff's mastery of relevant professional knowledge through the on-site questioning.

At the feedback meeting, the members of the expert group affirmed the basic framework, infrastructure, green channel and technical level of the stroke center of Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM, and praised the characteristics for many times. At the same time, Professor Liu Qiuting, as the leader of the expert group, put forward his opinions and suggestions on the future improvement of the hospital, and expressed his good expectations for the future construction of stroke center in Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM. He hoped that Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM could establish a sound medium-term and long-term plan for the construction of stroke center and move towards a higher goal.
