On August 30, the People's Armed Forces Department of Guiyang County and the Guiyang County Branch of China Postal Savings Bank jointly issued the "Hunan Civil Military Service Certificate" to 802 young people registered for military service this year.

As the exclusive cooperative bank of Guiyang County Military Service Registration Pilot Project, the Guiyang County Branch of Postal Savings Bank will issue the joint bank cards of "Hunan Civil Military Service Certificate" for registered personnel aged 18 or over in the region. The "Hunan Civil Military Service Certificate" has dual functions of storage and management of military service information and bank debit card financial service. Relying on this joint name card, the Postal Savings Bank will provide eight concessions, including zero handling fee, full travel reduction, travel enjoyment, card swipe in supermarkets, mobile phone payment, multiple loans, parcels reduction and online shopping, to the age-appropriate persons and "Certificate" holders, according to the needs of life cycle management of civil service registration.

The Guiyang County Branch of the Postal Savings Bank will take this pilot project as an opportunity to continue to deepen cooperation with the army, cooperate with the People's Armed Forces Department of Guiyang County to build a "model project" for the county's military service registration, and jointly explore a new mode of military service registration in the new era.
