Recently, Chen Chunyang, Party Secretary and Director of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Suxian District, investigated the Eco-technology City Project in the east district. Suxian District leaders Zhang Yuhuang and Cao Qiao participated in the investigation.

Chen Chunyang and his delegation had a detailed understanding of the progress of the project construction and the difficulties and problems in the process of the project promotion by visiting the site, listening to reports and holding symposiums, and studied the specific measures to promote the project.

Chen Chunyang emphasized that in order to speed up the progress of project construction, project owners and relevant functional departments should reverse the schedule, clarify their respective responsibilities, complete their work within the definite time, and ensure the smooth progress of project construction; should strengthen the promotion measures, arrange specialists to deal with the difficulties and problems existing in the current project promotion process, communicate and coordinate with relevant functional departments at the municipal level in a timely manner, and meet the deadline; should strengthen coordination and linkage, hold regular meetings with contact units, master the progress of project construction and study the promotion measures to ensure that the project is completed on time.
