We should earnestly study, deeply understand its significance, spiritual essence, important connotation and basic requirements, apply what we have learned in concrete work practice, strengthen the thinking of rule of law, and be good at using the thinking of rule of law and the way of rule of law to carry out work, solve problems, optimize services, pay close attention to implementation and promote development.
