Recently, the land for the first phase of Zhongkai Electroplating Industrial Park in Jiahe County was traded successfully by Hunan Liuyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. The successful delisting of the land marked that the project construction of Liuyuan Company has entered a comprehensive and high-speed stage.

Electroplating is closely related and inseparable with our life. The plating process is used in automobile parts, mobile phone parts, watch parts and so on. And Jiahe Zhongkai Electroplating Industrial Park is the only electroplating base project approved by Hunan Environmental Protection Department in recent years, which is the only one in southern Hunan.

People know that "electroplating" and "heavy pollution" process contains a large number of heavy metal ions and cyanide, which are highly toxic and carcinogenic. For this reason, how to treat the wastewater generated in this process has become a difficult problem in the electroplating industry.

Faced with worldwide problems, after years of devoted research and development, Liuyuan Company has achieved green and non-toxic surface treatment technology. Nearly nine of the raw materials used in the reaction liquid, which is called "metal discoloration coat" by the industry, have become common food-grade raw materials, pollution-free and environmentally friendly. The surface treatment has been in the forefront of the domestic industry.

At present, Zhongkai Electroplating Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Liuyuan Company. After completion and commissioning, it can reach the production capacity of 1 million tons of environmental protection surface treatment solution and 6 million square meters per year of total surface treatment parts, which is expected to be put into trial operation at the beginning of 2020.

Li Bing, Chairman of Liuyuan Company, is confident about the future: the company plans to build a "green coating industrial park with graphene electroless and rare earth permanent magnet materials" in five years, striving to develop into a high-tech industrial park with an annual main revenue of over 5 billion yuan, an annual contribution of fiscal revenue of 4-500 million yuan, and the goal of employment for more than 1,000 people.
