On September 5, the annual working meeting of the "Red Triangle" Development Promotion Association in 2019 was held in Chenzhou City. Huo Qigang, Vice President of Fok Yingdong Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Liu Zhiren, Vice Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, delivered a speech at the meeting. Liu Zhiren hoped that the three cities of the Red Triangle will integrate into the national strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area through integrating resources, integrating advantages and strengthening docking, so as to create a green economic circle of the Red Triangle and promote the common prosperity and development of the three cities

At the meeting, Ganzhou City, as the president unit of 2018, made a summary of its work from 2018 to 2019. The handover ceremony between Ganzhou City and Chenzhou City was held. Chenzhou City, as the successor unit, made the work plan for 2020.

Huo Qigang, Vice President of Fok Yingdong Group, said that since the establishment of the "Red Triangle" Development Promotion Association, it has gone through 17 years. With the persistence and joint efforts of units, the work of the "Red Triangle" has been steadily advancing. Over the years, through continuous exchanges and cooperation, the "Red Triangle" region has seized the opportunity of adjusting the national industrial layout tightly, and based on its own advantages, the region's social and economic development has been better, especially in the area of infrastructure linkage, and has made gratifying achievements. Next, the "Red Triangle" Development Promotion Association will make full use of existing resources, seize new opportunities, seek accurate breakthroughs in development, build a platform for regional cooperation in the Red Triangle Economic Circle, and better promote the integration and development of the "Red Triangle".

In his speech, Liu Zhiren said that in recent years, with the active advocacy and strong support of Fok Yingdong Foundation and the joint efforts of the three cities of the "Red Triangle", the regional economic and trade exchanges and human exchanges between Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces have become closer, border stability and harmony, and regional cooperation has been constantly opening up a new situation. The "Red Triangle" Development Promotion Association has become an important platform for the "three cities" of Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi to inherit red culture, strengthen economic and trade integration and promote development interaction. It was hoped that the Foundation will continue to give strong support and actively promote industrial cooperation and cultural exchanges between the "Red Triangle" and Great Bay Area. Chenzhou City, as the president of this year, will also perform its duties and take positive actions to strengthen communication and exchanges with Fok Yingdong Foundation, Shaoguan and Ganzhou, explore the establishment of a deep-seated cooperation mechanism, and contribute to the development of regional integration of the "Red Triangle".

Before the meeting, participants visited Suxianling Scenic Spot, Chenzhou World Nonferrous Metals Museum and Chenzhou Mineral and Gemstone Center Museum successively.
