On September 6, the opening ceremony of the 11th Hunan Tea Expo was held in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center (Mango Pavilion).

At the opening ceremony, the first batch of enterprises authorized to use the trademark of "Hunan Black Tea" were awarded the licence. The units and individuals who won the "Top 10 Famous Teas", the "Top 10 Outstanding Tea Makers" and the "Top 10 Enterprise Brands of Black Tea" in Hunan Province in 2019 were awarded prizes. At the opening ceremony, the Longyingyan brand "Silver Needle", "Gongmei Tea", "White Peony" and "White Peony (Tea Cake)", selected by Rucheng County Jiulong Baimao Tea Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., were awarded the gold medals of Famous Tea Selection respectively, the "Tea ancestor Shennong Cup" of the 11th Hunan Tea Expo.

The Expo covers an area of 30,000 square meters with 2300 exhibition booths. Hunan Province has established pavilions and districts for regional brands such as Hunan Black Tea, Anhua Black Tea, Xiaoxiang Green Tea, Yueyang Yellow Tea, Sangzhi White Tea and Changsha Green Tea. There were 30 major tea producing counties and more than 200 enterprises in Hunan Province participating in the exhibition. 50 delegations and nearly 1000 enterprises from relevant provinces and municipalities participated in the exhibition.

Zhou Chongwang, Party Secretary, Chairman and General Manager of Hunan Tea Industry Co., Ltd., directed the work at the exhibition of Rucheng County Jiulong Baimao Tea Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.
