On September 7, the Zixing Branch of the Bank of Changsha Chenzhou, together with Zixing Bureau of Civil Affairs, Zixing Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publishing, Youth League Committee, Women's Federation, Library and Xingning Town, jointly launched a volunteer campaign of "caring for the left-behind elderly, caring for the left-behind children" in Hejiashan Village, Xingning Town.
At present, there are 32 left-behind children and 68 left-behind elderly people in Hejiashan village. Psychological counselors gave a psychological counseling course for left-behind elderly and children respectively to guide the healthy and happy life of the elderly. In the event, volunteers led the children to play interactive games, and also brought them a free patriotic theme film.
The staff of Chenzhou Branch of Changsha Bank said it was their second time to come to Hejiashan Village to carry out public welfare activities. "We have always attached great importance to the construction of spiritual civilization, and actively assumed social responsibility to care for and help the vulnerable groups in society with more temperate services and actions, and to convey a love to society."
At the event site, Chenzhou Branch of Changsha Bank said that a rural financial service station will be set up in Hejiashan Village to provide new channels for rural residents to withdraw small amounts of funds, cash remittances and other convenient value-added financial services.
