On the afternoon of September 9, Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, held talks with Lin Zhuoyan, Honorary Chairman of the Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Outlets (China) Co., Ltd. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the related issues of the investment projects in Chenzhou City. Liu Zhiren said that he hoped to further enhance Chenzhou's image with the help of Outlets.

Liu Zhiren briefly introduced the economic and social development of Chenzhou and its advantages in transportation, culture, tourism and ecology. Liu Zhiren said that he thanked Outlets for his love and support for Chenzhou and was glad that Outlets had made Chenzhou the focus of the company's future development. It was hoped that the two sides would speed up consultations on cooperation matters, integrate the characteristics of Chenzhou with the experience of Outlets, and create a new industrial format; would determine the cooperation mode as soon as possible, further integrate the resources of all parties, and accelerate the research and promotion of the cooperation mode between project investors, operators and local governments.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that we should strengthen leadership and speed up all kinds of work; formulate work plans, reverse work plans and schemes, and improve work efficiency; create the best environment, provide the most favorable policies, increase inspection efforts and ensure unobstructed administrative channels to provide the best environment for enterprises to invest in Chenzhou; promote cooperation with Outlets with the most honest attitude, the most sincere service and the best environment.

Lin Zhuoyan introduced in detail the idea of investing in Chenzhou. Lin Zhuoyan said that Chenzhou has obvious advantages in transportation and ecology, and Outlets will make good use of its resource advantages to build projects in Chenzhou as a functional supporting project in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area, so as to further enhance the popularity of Chenzhou and accelerate the improvement of its urban supporting facilities. It was hoped that Chenzhou will provide the best environment, improve the efficiency of the work of the project and promote the project to land as soon as possible.
