The TV play "Waiting For You In The Future" is a 36-episode dual-perspective youth drama, adapted from Liu Tong's novel, a writer in Chenzhou. It mainly tells the story of a 37-year-old university teacher, Hao Huigui, who returned to his 17-year-old in his dream and helped 17-year-old himself and his former partners get on the right track in life as a class teacher. The play will be premiered on the IQIYI video website worldwide on September 9, 2019, and the second round will be broadcast on Satellite TV.

The play "Waiting For You In The Future" was filmed in Chenzhou for 118 days and took 43 scenes, showing the famous scenery of Feitianshan, Dongjiang Lake and other cities as well as the scenery of Chenzhou streets and alleys. After broadcasting, it can show more audiences the landscape and humanities of Chenzhou City.
