On September 12, a symposium of United Front Minister of County and Municipal Committees was held. Wang Ping, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and Minister of the United Front Department of the Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

The conference conveyed and implemented the spirit of the Symposium of the United Front Minister of County and Municipal Committees, and the training courses on the work of democratic parties in the whole province. It also exchanged the highlights of the work since this year and the key work in the next stage, and studied and deployed the next work tasks.

Wang Heping stressed that in the next stage, we should put the theme education of "staying true to our founding mission" in the first place, firmly grasp the objectives, requirements and key measures of the theme education, guide non-Party representatives to participate, combine the theme education with the completion of the tasks of the year-round united front work, and comprehensively improve the level of the city's united front work.

Wang Heping pointed out that we should do a good job in ideological work of non-Party representatives, strengthen the allocation of non-Party leading cadres as required, and do a good job in graded reserve; strengthen the education and training of non-public economic personnel, actively promote the implementation of preferential enterprise policies, give full play to the role of business associations, solve problems for the development of private enterprises and promote the healthy development of non-public economy; strengthen the integration of resources, further deepen the establishment of "concentric and beautiful countryside" and promote the revitalization of the countryside; standardize the management of religious affairs and do a good job in the United Front Work in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; complete the tasks of performance evaluation in an all-round way, do a good job in the study of united front theory, policy and information work; and further improve the overall pattern of united front work; give full play to the role of the leading group of the Party Committee in the United Front Work, display the new image of Chenzhou United Front, and celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China with outstanding achievements.
