"At present, there are prominent problems in the integration of Chenzhou Development Platform and export-oriented economic industries, and the idea of industrial integration development is not clear..." On January 7, CPPCC member Long Houyu said in an interview that during the "Two Sessions", he put forward the proposal of "Accelerating the Deep Integration of Platforms and Industries to Promote the High-quality Development of Chenzhou's Economy". He hoped that Chenzhou could speed up the deep integration of open platforms and export-oriented economic industries and lay a solid foundation for the city's high-quality development.

In the proposal, Mr. Long Houyu put forward several suggestions on speeding up the deep integration of open platform and export-oriented economic industry development. First, we should accurately grasp the general trend of development, actively strive for support from the central and provincial levels, and hold regular coordination meetings of six cities (prefectures) in Xiangnan and Xiangxi to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zones.

At the same time, we should actively promote the declaration of Chenzhou District of China (Hunan) Free Trade Zone, plan ahead the construction of "Chenzhou Inland Free Trade Port", set up international trade rules, promote the transition from the flowing opening of commodities and elements to the institutional opening of rules and so on, and promote the city's open platform and export-oriented economic industry development into the national "grand strategy".

Next we should speed up the construction of an open platform to force the transformation, upgrading and acceptance of export-oriented economic industries., realize the transformation of various open platforms from single service industry to comprehensive professional supporting, and extend from industrial service platform to innovation development platform.

Finally, Long Houyu said that we should focus on fostering large industrial clusters, make good use of key platforms such as comprehensive bonded zones and demonstration zones for undertaking industrial transfer.
