On March 12, in the production workshop of Chenzhou Twins Feed Co., Ltd. in Zixing Ziwu Park, the machine roared and bags of feed came out from the production line, but there were few workers in the workshop. "The workshop adopts Danish fully automated production line." Zeng Xiangjie, Deputy General Manager of the company, said that the number of workers on the production line was much lower than before, but the output was greatly increased, and 300 tons of feed could be produced every day.

The person in charge of Zixing Economic and Development Zone introduced that the implementation of a series of development policies for service enterprises in the city has provided new opportunities for promoting the high-quality development of the park. The Development Zone has formed many advantages in expanding the construction of the park and industrial development. At the end of February this year, six major industrial projects, such as Huihong Electronics and Dongjiang Haoyuan Food, were centrally started (completed), with a total investment of 1.85 billion yuan.

Zixing City has encouraged enterprises to make technological innovations. Zixing's Qibin Photovoltaic Glass Project in Chenzhou took only three days from negotiation to signing, and only 10 months from signing the contract to putting into production. After putting into operation last year, the project adopted the domestic leading production technology of photovoltaic material substrates, making more than 80 percent of production electricity supplied by waste heat power generation system, and the energy saving and emission reduction standards reached the domestic leading level.

Last year, Zixing Park realized the added value of scale industry of 11.188 billion yuan. Among them, the added value of high-tech industry accounted for 48.7 percent of the added value of scale industry in the whole city.
