Recently, the author learned from the Municipal Resources and Social Security Bureau that a few days ago, the Provincial Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the list of the first batch of Lianxiang Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Service Stations. There are 15 workstations in the whole province and one in Chenzhou. Lianxiang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Service Chenzhou Station is located in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone Changchong Industrial Park, and works with the Municipal Talents Development Promotion Association Office.

It was understood that the Lianxiang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Service Station has been set up in order to promote the high-quality development of industry in our province, promote talents at home and abroad to start innovation and entrepreneurship, and strengthen the management service of the introduction of scientific and technological innovative talents.

Established in June 2017, the Municipal Talent Development Promotion Association is a municipal non-profit social organization composed of the head of the Organizational Department of the Municipal Committee, the co-management of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, excellent enterprises in the city, higher (vocational) colleges, scientific research institutes, human resources service institutions, etc. Over the past two years, the association has established a database of more than 900 high-end talents of Chenzhen nationality, including doctoral supervisors and leaders of key national science and technology projects. At present, the Association is making full preparations for the Talents Transfer Summit Forum in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, to guide high-level talents of Chenzhou nationality to bring more updated ideas, projects, technologies, information and capital back to Chenzhou to promote the high-quality development.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Resources and Social Security Bureau said that the Provincial Ministry of Finance would grant Chenzhou Station a one-time subsidy of 200,000 yuan. The Municipal Resources and Social Security Bureau Department will strengthen its guidance to Chenzhou Station, and timely guide relevant experts to conduct technical consultation, industry tackling key problems, scientific research cooperation, technology investment and financing activities in the first-line enterprises of Chenzhou Station in line with the needs of industrial construction and major projects.
