The online answers of the Chenzhou Network Security Knowledge Competition in 2019 were carried out on Wechat public numbers of Chenzhou Issue. During the "National Network Security Publicity Week", with the theme of "Network Security for the People and Network Security Depends on the People", the first "Network Security Knowledge Competition" in 2019 was held from September 18 to 20, 2019, which was sponsored by the CCP Chenzhou Municipal Committee Network Information Office, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Radio and Television Station. The Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the Municipal Bureau of Education, the Xiangnan University, the Chenzhou Central Branch of the People's Bank and the Chenzhou Branch of China Telecom and other 24 teams participated in the event, including the Campus Day, Telecom Day, Rule of Law Day, Financial Day, Youth Day, Personal Information Protection Day and other activities. The activities aimed to do a good job in the publicity and popularization of laws and regulations such as "Network Security Law", "Internet Information Service Management Provisions", as well as the knowledge of teenagers' civilized Internet access, campus loans and financial loans, telecommunications fraud, so as to raise the awareness of network security and build up the people's network security defense line.

At the same time, the competition was also broadcast on the whole network through live platforms such as Iqiyi, Inke, Huya and "Chenzhou APP" of radio and television. It was synchronously promoted on 11 county and urban websites and Wechat public numbers. Municipal Committee Network Information Office cooperated with the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Education Bureau, Chenzhou Central Branch of the People's Bank of China and the Municipal Women's Federation to promote the the network security propaganda into the community, the campus, the enterprises and the organs. With the opportunity of "Network Security Publicity Week", the Municipal Party Committee Network Information Office also launched the "Network Security Inspection in 2019", carried out the inspection and evaluation of key information infrastructure in 38 units of the city and promoted the implementation of the responsibility system of network security work, and further enhanced the awareness of network security prevention, to provide network security support for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.
