On the morning of September 22, the 2019 Hunan International Cultural and Tourism Festival opened in Mangshan National Forest Park, Yizhang County, and Ulan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, opened the festival. At the opening ceremony, Yipengfei - Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Yu Xinrong - Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Provincial Cultural and Tourism Department, and Shawankong Rashamondi - Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos, delivered speeches. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor, presided over the speech.

The Festival invited 211 overseas guests from 17 countries and regions, including the USA, UK, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Nepal, Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Norway, Poland, Croatia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Guangdong, Guangxi, Hebei, Hubei provinces and other departments. More than 600 guests from home and abroad attended the meeting.

Hunan International Culture and Tourism Festival has successfully held sixteen sessions. During the festival, a series of activities will be held for overseas travelers, including the Cultural Tourism Promotion, Mangshan Forest Food Banquet, Mangshan Forest Concert, Hunan TV "Country Partners" into Yizhang, Hunan-Hong Kong Special Tour to Mangshan, etc. A series of preferential policies will be introduced for related scenic spots and Mangshan Scenic Spots in our city to allow more tourists to enjoy the cultural feast.

At the opening ceremony, the opening ceremony was skillfully entered through the prelude "Legend of Heaven and Earth, Love of Mangshan Mountain"; the dance "Dancing in the Cloud" opened the literary and artistic performances; the theme song "I want to climb a mountain" of Mangshan tourism has local characteristics, showing the bosom and pride of the magnificent Mangshan and demonstrating the spirit of Hunan culture daring to be the first. In recent years, Yizhang County has introduced a strategic investor, TopView Group, with huge investment and ingenuity to create a new scenic spot of Wuzhifeng Mountain, such as ropeway, elevator and hanging trestle. The company undertook this grand tourism event to show the rich culture of Yizhang County, the quiet ecology, the beautiful healthy environment, the customs of Yao people, and the rapid development to the world, attracting the world's businessmen to invest and gathering global tourists for leisure.
