On September 19, Wang Jianqiu, Secretary of the county Party committee, emphasized that the preparations for the Hunan International Cultural and Tourism Festival in 2019 should be made with concerted efforts to ensure the smooth and successful completion of the festival. Zhang Runhai, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Governor, attended the meeting.

Work outreach reception, security, hotel service group and information group, logistic support group, propaganda group and 1000 good people mountaineering activities, Mangshan Forest Concert and other work of the festival were reported at the meeting.

Wang Jianqiu requested that the preparatory groups of the Hunan International Culture and Tourism Festival in 2019 should take their respective responsibilities, coordinate and organize carefully to ensure the fulfillment of all tasks; refine the plan, sort out the tasks and ensure the steady progress of the preparatory work for the festival; strengthen coordination and communication, exchange, discuss together, further strict discipline, improve details, conscientiously implement emergency plans and measures, do a solid job of safeguards, and make every effort to ensure the safety, effective and satisfactory of the festival.
