On September 28, Chenzhou City immediately held the signing of cooperation contracts between banks and enterprises to stabilize enterprises and entities, further promote the cooperation between government, banks and enterprises, and provide strong financial support for Chenzhou to promote the construction of innovative demonstration zones on sustainable development agenda and the development of real economy. Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, attended and delivered a speech. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, presided over the speech.

At the signing meeting, a total of 90 contractual docking projects were reported by 17 municipal banking financial institutions in Chenzhou, with a total amount of 28.2754 billion yuan, including 49 on-site contracted projects with the amount of 23.6974 billion yuan; 41 off-site docking projects with the amount of 4.578 billion yuan. The projects covered non-ferrous metals, new materials, equipment manufacturing, energy saving and environmental protection, electronic information, food and medicine, cultural tourism and other industries, which are the dominant industries in Chenzhou City.

On behalf of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, Yi Pengfei thanked the banks at all levels for their concern and support for Chenzhou for a long time. Yi hoped that financial institutions will make full use of the favorable policies and platform opportunities, participate in various projects in depth, and make full efforts to do a good job in providing financial services for the real economic development, so as to provide sufficient confidence and solid guarantee for the construction of Chenzhou Demonstration Zone.

Yi Pengfei expressed the hope that enterprises would fully cherish the opportunities for the construction of demonstration zones, especially for the cooperation between banks and enterprises, further strengthen their enterprises, win the trust and support of financial institutions with their healthy and sustainable development, and make the cooperation between banks and enterprises more in-depth, healthier and sustainable. Departments at all levels should constantly improve government services, continuously optimize the financial environment, and promote a more benign and sustainable relationship between banks and enterprises.
