In order to solve the problem of shortage of medical and health professionals and enhance the capacity of medical and health services at the grass-roots level, on May 9, the Talent Office of the Municipal Committee of the CPC held a special recruitment fair for professional and technical personnel in Chenzhou Township Hospital in conjunction with Xiangnan University. It was reported that the recruitment campaign was one of the important measures for our city to implement the talent plans and implement the talent project of introducing 100 innovative entrepreneurs. In late May, according to the needs of grass-roots talents and industrial development, our city will organize two special recruitment fairs for professional and technical talents and enterprise talents in township schools, and continue to guide the flow of talents to grass-roots and industrial development, so as to promote industrial development and boost the revitalization of rural talents.
