On August 26, Deng Shangping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Railway Construction Engineering Group, led a delegation to Zixing City to visit and discuss the project of building Zixing Cloud Rail Industry Manufacturing Base. Huang Zhengrong, Secretary of Zixing Municipal Committee, Luo Chenghui, Deputy Secretary of Zixing Municipal Committee and Mayor attended the forum.

At the symposium, after consultation with China Railway Construction Engineering Group, Zixing City signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on the construction of Zixing Cloud Rail Industry Manufacturing Base.

It was reported that Zixing Cloud Rail Industry Manufacturing Base project includes Cloud Rail Vehicle Manufacturing Plant, Cloud Rail Track Facilities and Equipment Manufacturing Plant, Graphene Super Capacitor Battery Manufacturing Plant, Cloud Rail Technology Research and Development Center and corresponding office, business and living facilities. The total investment of the project is expected to be 4 billion yuan, with a construction period of two years.

 Huang Zhengrong welcomed and thanked China Railway Construction Engineering Group for its dedication to the development of investment projects in Zixing City. He hoped that the two sides would cooperate smoothly to achieve win-win situation. Zixing City would provide all-round support for the project construction on the basis of strictly abiding by national laws, regulations and policy requirements.
