On the morning of October 1st, the Conference to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the PRC was held in Tian'anmen Square in Beijing. A grand military parade and mass parade were held at the scene. The Renmin Road Street in Beihu District is an excellent grass-roots Party organization in the country. Xiao Ze, the Secretary of the Party Working Committee, was invited to watch the military parade as the only representative of the national advanced grassroots Party organization.

On the Tian'anmen Square, Xiao Ze, after the ceremony, said: "I am very shocked and proud to be able to listen to General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the scene, to see the mighty people's army and the grand mass procession passing by. The heroic feeling of the rise of great powers has kept my heart from calming for a long time. What I really feel is not only the celebration of my mother's birthday, but also the strength of the rise of the Chinese nation. This visit to Beijing also strengthened my original intention of serving the people. After returning to the unit, I will take this opportunity to promote the advanced grass-roots Party organizations better by combining with the current theme of staying true to our founding mission."

On July 1, 2016, the Renmin Road Street Party and Labor Committee was awarded the honorary title of "National Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization" by the CPC Central Committee.
