The event was sponsored by the Municipal Civilization Office and the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television, Press and Publishing. It was understood that during the National Day, tens of thousands of volunteers organized to carry out civilized tourism volunteer service in the city, carry forward the new culture of civilized tourism, inherit the spirit of volunteering service, create a civilized environment for tourism, and contribute to the establishment of a civilized city in the country. The tens of thousands of volunteers provided convenient services such as tourist guide, boiled water and cool tea for tourists in the main traffic attractions, business places, public cultural institutions and public welfare organizations, which are densely populated. At the same time, they also carried out civilized tourism publicity, distributed the "Civilized Tourism" publicity materials to the past tourists, guided tourists to rational consumption and civilized travel, and assisted scenic spots in site hygiene and cleaning.

Municipal Civilization Office also put up a proposal for civilized travel in the scenic area, setting up civilized signs such as "civilization in the mouth, civilization in the hands", "civilized travel from me" and so on, so that tourists can enjoy the civilized consciousness of civilized travel, pay attention to civilized etiquette, and cherish the scenic area's environmental facilities while enjoying the scenery.
