On October 9, Zou Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee, went to Chenzhou West Railway Station to conduct on-the-spot inspection of the surrounding traffic order improvement and other related work, and chaired a traffic order regulation meeting of Chenzhou West Railway Station.

Zou Wenhui and his delegation went to the West Railway Station, Wanhua Bus Station and Bus Stops to investigate the traffic situation on the spot, and understand the basic situation of passenger ticket collection, arrival, waiting, departure, taking and receiving stations and the existing problems. Zou Wenhui pointed out that Chenzhou West Railway Station is a window to show the image of Chenzhou city, and the traffic flow around the station is large. We should optimize the traffic flow and passenger flow so as to better facilitate passenger and vehicle travel.

At the subsequent symposium, Zou Wenhui demanded that we should raise awareness, implement the basic requirement of passenger-centered, reflect it in all aspects of rectification and all departments, integrate and develop potential, optimize and improve, self-revolutionize, and maximize service work; should start from parking lot, inside and outside of stations, supporting facilities and management mechanism, break down the barriers of interests between departments, open up key links, ensure seamless docking of passengers between West Railway Station, Bus Station, Taxi Station and Intercity Bus Station, and ensure smooth traffic; should focus on the existing problems, form a joint effort of various departments, enhance the executive power, implement reform, optimize the process, and constantly improve the satisfaction of passengers; should regularly check and rectify the improvement system to ensure the implementation of the renovation.
