In order to further implement the three-year action of vocational skills improvement, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone Human Resources and Social Security Branch and Chenzhou Institute of Technicians recently visited four enterprises in the zone, including Shenxiang Automobile, Changxin Group, Yuteng Chemical Industry and L’SENNA.
This survey mainly adopted the way of on-the-spot inspection, listening to reports, policy interpretation, discussion and exchange. On-site personnel of Human Resources and Social Security Department explained the training policy in detail to the person in charge of the enterprises, and understood the needs of the enterprises for training. The Institute staff explained the post skills upgrading training, the new apprenticeship training and the cooperation mode of enterprises. In the exchange activities, the heads of the enterprises were very interested in the cooperative mode of "enterprise-school dual system, work-study integration". Through exchanges, L’SENNA has made it clear that it will train apprentices in semi-full-time mode with the Chenzhou Institute of Technicians, and the leaders of Shenxiang Automobile, Changxin Group and Yuteng Chemical Company also indicated that they will cooperate with the Chenzhou Institute of Technicians in job skill upgrading training and new apprenticeship.
