On the morning of October 15, the Management Committee of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and CR Sanjiu China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the project of China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) South China production and manufacturing center.

The construction site of China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) South China production and manufacturing center project is located in Changchong Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, covering an area of about 220 mu, with a total investment of 800 million yuan, including a total investment of no less than 450 million yuan in phase I, which is planned to be completed in three years. The project aims at "building a high-level, automatic, digital and intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory of Chinese Resources Sanjiu traditional Chinese medicine with a certain production scale" as the overall plan, and promoting the upgrading and transformation of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing under the guidance of the "Development Planning Guide of the Pharmaceutical Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to build the production and manufacturing center of the South China District of China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) into a model base of the domestic traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing industry. The project is expected to achieve an annual operating revenue of 1.2 billion yuan and an annual profit and tax of 320 million yuan.

Mai Yi, Vice President of China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., said in a speech at the signing ceremony that Chenzhou City has a good investment environment, rich natural resources and a long history and culture. There are also a group of leaders who are dedicated to Chenzhou and serve Chenzhou. They do their best to implement the preferential policies of the enterprise and improve the service facilities. The investment in Chenzhou can be described as a combination of time and place. Investment in Chenzhou City can be said to have the advantages of good timing, geographical convenience and good human relations. The successful completion of the production and manufacturing center project in South China region of China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) can not only solve the current capacity bottleneck of China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou), but also boost the economic development of Chenzhou, and truly achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Jiang Limin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beihu District and Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, said in his speech that the implementation of the South China production and manufacturing center project of China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) is not only of great strategic significance to the development of China Resources Sanjiu company, but also of great significance to the extension of the pharmaceutical and food industry chain, the promotion of the development of related industries, and even the optimization and adjustment of Chenzhou's industrial structure. All departments directly under the district government will strictly implement the "five ones" working mechanism for major projects, take "mother type" service as the solution to the problems and promote the smooth production and effectiveness of the project. It was hoped that China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) will take this project as a new starting point and work hand in hand with Chenzhou people to further expand, refine and strengthen the pharmaceutical industry.
