Recently, Chenzhou Haichang ocean cultural tourism comprehensive project coordination meeting was held. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The report on the conceptual design of Haichang Ocean Dream Valley in Chenzhou, and the report on the request for instructions on accelerating the promotion of "Chenzhou Ocean Dream Valley" project by Haichang Group and Country Garden were listened at the meeting. The participants exchanged views and made speeches.

Operates 6 ocean theme parks and 2 comprehensive entertainment theme parks in Dalian, Qingdao, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Wuhan and Yantai City, with a total tourist reception of over 100 million people. The project will focus on two core themes of Chenzhou culture and ocean culture, and plan to develop six theme areas, and establish three main venues of Haichang ocean hall, ocean science and technology hall and happy theater.

Liu Zhiren said that the planning of Haichang Ocean Dream Valley Project in Chenzhou has its own features and highlights, which is in line with the development trend of Chenzhou cultural tourism project. As for the promotion of Haichang Ocean Dream Valley Project in Chenzhou, he required that we should plan the project scientifically, chose the site reasonably, and continue to advance the preliminary work; should optimize the project planning scheme, focus on the industrial development and make a more scientific and reasonable layout. The planning should conform to the overall planning of Chenzhou City, the relevant requirements of environmental protection and forestry, and the construction of relevant supporting facilities. All departments at all levels should give full support to the project construction, accelerate the progress, and promote the early construction, completion and effectiveness of the project.
