Recently, He Zunqing, Vice Mayor of Chenzhou Municipal Government, led a team to Zixing city to investigate the development of electronic information industry and solve the difficulties and problems in the development of electronic information enterprises, according to the arrangement of education theme of "staying true to our founding mission" of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee and Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee. Luo Chenghui, Deputy Secretary of Zixing Municipal Committee and Mayor, participated in the investigation.

He Zunqing and his party successively came to Frecom Company, Huihua Electronic Co., Ltd., Huihong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Hongdian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and other places in Zixing City, went deep into the first-line workshop, and understood the current situation of production and operation of the enterprise and the difficulties and problems encountered.

It was reported that Zixing city has 34 electronic information enterprises above designated scale. From January to September this year, the output value of these enterprises totaled 6.28 billion yuan, an increase of 42.2 percent.

He Zunqing pointed out that the relevant departments should strengthen the service and guidance to the existing enterprises, enhance the timeliness, continuity and effectiveness of the guidance work, and effectively help the enterprises to solve the practical problems such as difficult recruitment and expensive electricity consumption; should further increase the efforts of recruitment and investment around the extension of the electronic information industry chain to form an industrial cluster. The participating enterprises should focus on five aspects: innovation and development, brand cultivation, market development, group development and stabilizing talents; should try their best to make the enterprise bigger and stronger, bear more social responsibilities as much as they can, and contribute more to the economic and social development of Zixing City.
