Recently, the construction scheduling meeting of Chenzhou bus terminal was held to study and promote the construction of Chenzhou bus terminal. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, stressed that scientific site selection, high starting point planning and design should be carried out, and all efforts should be made to promote the construction of the bus terminal, so as to ensure that the construction will start in the first quarter of next year.

At the meeting, Chenzhou urban planning and Design Institute reported the demonstration report on the location of Chenzhou bus terminal, and Chenqi group reported the location opinions of Chenzhou bus terminal and related problems in the construction work. The heads of all participating units put forward their opinions and suggestions on the scale of land use, site selection and formalities handling for the construction of Chenzhou bus terminal.

"The construction of the bus terminal is a livelihood project and an important support for the high-quality development of Chenzhou." Liu Zhiren pointed out that the bus terminal is an important part of the long-distance passenger transportation, and also an important part of Chenzhou comprehensive transportation system. Over the years, Chenzhou Auto Transportation Group has made important contributions to Chenzhou's economic and social development, solving the long-distance travel of the masses, and connecting the transportation of 11 counties (cities and districts), but the bus terminal is still in low-level operation, which does not match Chenzhou's economic and social development.

"The concept of planning and design should be new, the starting point of design should be high, and the vision of design should be wide." Liu Zhiren asked for scientific site selection. It was necessary to do a good job in positioning, site selection according to the standards of the first-class station, and reserve development space; plan and design at a high starting point and meet the needs of the first-class station from the function to ensure humanization and personalization; plan and design the traffic organization scientifically, focusing on the diversion of people and vehicles, and the seamless connection of long-distance and short-distance, bus terminal and Huatai city; pay attention to ecology and environmental protection, instill the concept of environmental protection and energy conservation, and make full use of land economically.

Liu Zhiren requested that the construction of bus terminals and bus hubs should be accelerated. The Party committee, the government and the enterprise should adhere to the people-centered policy, conform to the national policy, abide by the relevant provisions of the state, and administrate according to law; should increase policy support, try the best to raise funds, actively strive for the support of superior policies and funds, and the support of special bond funds.

Liu Zhiren stressed that the relevant administrative approval work of project construction should be done well with high quality and efficiency. It was necessary to speed up the project approval and related preliminary work, ensure that the formalities at the end of the year are in place; provide the best environment, accelerate the land acquisition and demolition work, and ensure the orderly progress of the project; take the relevant administrative approval of the bus terminal construction as the pilot of the "one-time completion" reform, and test the effectiveness of the "one-time completion" reform with the project. Chenzhou Auto Transportation Group should make a work plan and work list, and reverse the work plan to ensure that construction starts in the first quarter of next year.
