Recently, Chenzhou Forestry Bureau held a lecture on learning administrative public interest litigation. He Haixiao, a lawyer from Hunan Renheren (Chenzhou) Law Firm, was specially invited to give a lecture for all cadres and employees. The chief of Policy, Regulation, Reform and Development Section of Forestry Bureau presided over the lecture.

Lawyer He Haixiao comprehensively introduced the concept of public interest litigation, legal basis, administrative public interest litigation and related cases, and focused on the concept, legal basis, constituent elements, implementation procedures and core of administrative public interest litigation. From the perspective of forestry administrative law enforcement, he specifically analyzed five cases of administrative public interest litigation brought by a procuratorial organ to the forestry department, so that the cadres and staff of the municipal forestry bureau can further understand the origin and historical background of public interest litigation, which has far-reaching guiding significance for forestry administrative law enforcement.

Chenzhou Municipal Forestry Department should strengthen the risk awareness of administrative public interest litigation, further standardize administrative law enforcement, and prevent the damage of public interest caused by illegal performance or improper performance of duties. At present, there is no administrative public interest litigation against the forestry department in Chenzhou City.
