In order to further promote the construction of professional teams in villages and towns, and further improve the actual fire fighting and rescue capabilities of professional fire brigade. On November 4, the 2019 professional skills competition of full-time fire brigade of Guiyang County was held in Xincheng squadron of the fire brigade of Guiyang County, and a total of 100 members of 20 full-time fire brigade competed in the same stage.

Four projects have been set up in the competition, including 4kg dry powder fire extinguisher operation, one person with two plates of water hose connection, water suction and outlet of motor pump and fire truck water shooting. During the competition, all the participants were calm, ambitious, time-consuming and courageous. They operated the equipment in strict accordance with the competition rules, fully demonstrated their excellent quality and skills, and completed all the established subjects excellently; the evaluation team adhered to the principle of "fairness, justness and openness", strictly implemented the rules of this competition, scored according to the scoring standards of each competition item, and ensured the true and accurate results; the support group implemented various logistical support measures in strict accordance with the division of responsibilities to ensure the orderly development of competition activities.

This competition fully demonstrated the achievements of the county's full-time fire brigade construction, effectively tested the professional skill level of full-time team members and the comprehensive ability of fire fighting and rescue, and laid a solid foundation for promoting the construction of various forms of fire brigade.
