In recent days, Yongxing County has accelerated the construction of the project, and the resource utilization project of pengkun solid waste with a total investment of 380 million yuan has been basically completed. After the project is put into operation, the annual output value can reach 780 million yuan, and the annual profit and tax can reach 150 million yuan.

Yongxing County has focused on the construction of industrial projects this year, and proposed to "speed up and improve efficiency" in the project construction. There are 25 key industrial projects in the county that have been included in the assessment of Chenzhou dispatching, with an annual planned investment of 7.05 billion yuan. In order to smoothly promote the project construction, the county has formulated the work plan for handling formalities and difficult problems and the implementation method for the leading work system of the formalities handling department of key industrial construction projects in the first half of the year, further optimized the approval procedure and shortened the approval time limit. Within 100 days, 19 projects, including Jingxun Photoelectric, Zhongde Environmental Protection and Pengkun Environmental Protection, have been started, completed and increased in production, setting off a wave of project construction upsurge.

At the same time, the County launched key industrial project construction activities. In accordance with the requirements of "one batch of construction starts, one batch of completion acceptance, one batch of production and efficiency increase", all working groups have concentrated their efforts to clear the "obstacles" for key projects in terms of capital investment, formalities handling, and breaking the bottleneck of factors.

It was understood that in the first 10 months of this year, 25 key industrial projects included in the assessment of Chenzhou dispatching have completed an investment of 8.055 billion yuan, 114.26 percent of the annual plan.
