On the afternoon of November 10, the awarding ceremony of Chenzhou women's preschool education vocational skills competition was held in Nanyuan kindergarten, a kindergarten directlyunder Suxian District. Through theoretical test and practical practice, 8 excellent early childhood education teachers and children-care workers won the competition.
It was understood that in order to cultivate a high-quality and professional preschool teachers and improve the level of preschool teachers in Chenzhou City, from November 8 to 10, Chenzhou women's preschool education vocational skills competition was held. 24 preschool teachers and children-care workers from counties (cities, districts) and municipal kindergartens directly under Suxian District competed together in the Nanyuan Kindergarten. This competition was divided into two parts: the teacher group and the children-care worker group. The competition of the teacher group consisted of three parts: comprehensive quality inspection, theoretical examination and practical operation. The competition of the children-care worker group consisted of two parts: theoretical examination and practical operation. The examination content was rich in forms, including basic skills competition and on-site teaching. The participating preschool education teachers carried out on-site teaching on the content of teaching activities, and the actual operation of the children-care workers included on-site safety rescue, demonstration of sanitation and disinfection skills, self-made teaching aids, story telling of children, etc.
After three days of fierce competition, 8 outstanding female employees, including Fang Jialin, a kindergarten teacher affiliated to Xiangnan Kindergarten Normal University, and Mao Ji, a children-care worker of the organization kindergarten directly under Suxian District, won the prize. According to the staff, those who have obtained the top two comprehensive scores of each group and meet the relevant conditions will represent Chenzhou City in the province's vocational skills competition for preschool education for women workers in 2019.
