Recently, the author learned from the Publicity Department of the Provincial Party Committee that in the mass art performance of "Happy Xiaoxiang" Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, 12 original literary and art works were chosen and sent, 4 of which won the special prize, 1 of which won the first prize, 4 of which won the second prize, ranking the top three in the province; and 15 teams and individuals were respectively awarded excellent teams and advanced individuals in organizational work.

In recent years, in order to improve the overall level of mass cultural work, our city has continued to hold various kinds of mass cultural and art training courses, such as music, dance, opera, calligraphy, photography, etc., a large number of grassroots cultural and art backbones have emerged, and organized and guided the masses in urban and rural areas to actively participate. According to statistics, since this year, our city has trained more than 2000 grassroots literary and art backbones at all levels, and nearly 600,000 people have participated in the "Happy Xiaoxiang" literary and art performances, effectively promoting the vigorous development of the city's mass cultural work.
