Wangxian Eco-tourism Town Project was started at the beginning of this year, with the total planning area of about 8775 mu. The project is divided into two parts: real estate development and eco rural tourism, with the development and construction land of about 1000 mu. The project will be built into a characteristic town integrating rural tourism, ecological farming tourism, leisure and vacation, characteristic hotel, tourism real estate and cultural education industry. The actual investment of the project will exceed 10 billion yuan and the construction will be completed in five years. In the first phase of the project, 129 townhouses and 7 high-rise buildings will be built on 182 mu of land, which is expected to be completed in 2021. "After the completion of the project, the income of tourism real estate will exceed 1 billion yuan, the annual business income of cultural tourism will exceed 1 billion yuan, and the tax revenue will exceed 100 million yuan. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction, Heping Village in Suxian District has given strong support in land acquisition, good construction environment and labor supply. "More than 180 mu of land is expropriated in phase I, which provides a good construction environment for the project.
