On November 19, Hunan Real Estate Registration Deepening Reform Experience Exchange Meeting was held in our city. Relevant leaders of the Reform Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Natural Resources Department, relevant leaders of the natural resources and planning bureaus of all cities and prefectures in the province, and directors of the real estate registration center attended the meeting. Shen Zhijun, General Planner of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources attended the event, and Vice Mayor Li Wuyi attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

On the morning of that day, participants came to Baishui Community, Wangxianling Street, Suxian District to observe the data collection operation of investigation on the integration of land and house in Suxian District.

After that, the group came to the municipal government service center, visited the window construction and operation of Chenzhou Real Estate Registration Center, and exchanged various convenient service measures.

Subsequently, the staff of Chenzhou Real Estate Registration Center introduced the construction of Chenzhou real estate registration information platform to the participants, and demonstrated the operation of the platform. Up to now, our city has vigorously promoted the construction of the integrated platform of transaction registration, comprehensively increased the speed and efficiency of registration, and built a new convenient service system.

In the afternoon, an exchange meeting on deepening the reform of real estate registration was held. At the meeting, participants discussed how to use the Internet + and big data to promote real estate registration and further improve the service level for the convenience of the people. Representatives of Chenzhou City, Changsha City, Changde City, Huaihua City and Leiyang City made experience speeches successively.

It was understood that since the reform of the unified registration of real estate, our city has adhered to the people-centered development idea, guided by problems and needs, continued to deepen the reform and compressed the time limit for all registration businesses within 5 working days, which has explored a reform road with Chenzhou characteristics in effectively promoting the optimization of business environment and the high-quality development of Chenzhou.
