Hunan Mingda New Carbon Material Co., Ltd. is the largest comprehensive production base of carbon and graphite new materials in central and southern China. At the end of 2015, the company invested 1.41 billion yuan to start a new 60000 ton graphite product project. The first phase of the project has been put into production in May 2019, which was expected to reach the production capacity by the end of the year, achieving annual sales revenue of 2 billion yuan, new tax revenue of 200 million yuan and new employment of 800 people. After the project is completed, it will accelerate the development of graphite new material industry chain in our city.

Li Ping and his delegation inspected the production and operation status of the enterprise on the spot, got a detailed understanding of the product quality, market prospect and enterprise development plan of the enterprise, and listened to the report of the person in charge of the enterprise. Subsequently, Li Ping presided over the symposium. At the meeting, the heads of relevant departments gave detailed answers to the questions that the enterprise was concerned about, and put forward good opinions and suggestions on the problems and difficulties existing in the current development of the enterprise.

Li Ping pointed out that enterprises should improve the relevant procedures as soon as possible, deal with the problems left over by history, and carry out production in accordance with the laws and regulations; make good use of the related policies, and strengthen the connection and communication with relevant departments; track the new technologies and products in the industry, strengthen the cooperation and communication with the advantageous enterprises in the industry, and enhance competitiveness in product, management, cost, technology and market; make good use of land resources and funds, innovate in thinking, seize opportunities, and increase investment attraction in the industrial chain.
