On November 25, the opening ceremony of Shihu Mountain Scenic Spot and Huang Shihao Cultural Tourism Festival were held in Jiangshui Town, Yizhang County. Thousands of citizens were attracted to visit and experience the dual influence of family feelings and green mountains and waters.

Shihu Mountain is located in Jiangshui Town, 470 meters above sea level, 30 kilometers away from the county. Because of the unique shape of the mountain, it looks like a sleeping stone tiger in the distance, so it is called "Shihu Mountain". Shihu Mountain is one of the key scenic spots built by Yizhang County to create a national tourism demonstration area. Since 2017, the scenic spot has been invested more than 24 million yuan in construction. Located on the hillside of Shihu mountain, the Wuling temple is named for worshiping Huang Shihao, the General of Tang Dynasty.

At the ceremony, Ren Jianmin, associate researcher and postdoctoral of History Department of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangdong Province, introduced the writing process and main contents of "Huang Shihao Story"; the sages in Jiangshui Town donated generously to the development and construction of Shihu Mountain Scenic Spot; Xiangnan University and the villagers from Suoshi Village in Jiangshui Town performed the songs and dances, Kunqu Opera and other programs.

In recent years, Yizhang County has given full play to its advantages in tourism resources, taken the establishment of a national tourism demonstration county as the overall plan, and the development of Damangshan tourism as the leader, planned from a high starting point, built with a high standard, continued to improve the tourism infrastructure, striven to build a tourism brand and built a boutique tourism route. The construction of Shihu Mountain Scenic Spot is just a beneficial attempt for Yizhang County to integrate its profound history and culture with its unique natural resources. Up to now, Yizhang County has become one of the hot spring towns in China, a strong tourism county in Hunan Province, and a key cultural tourism industry county in Hunan Province.

It was reported that from November 23 to 24, the Huang Shihao Sacrifice Ceremony, a municipal intangible cultural heritage project in Chenzhou City, was held in the village. At 8:30 a.m. on November 26, the Huang Shihao Sacrifice Ceremony - Autumn Sacrifice was held in the Wuling Temple of Shihu Mountain.
