On November 27, Chenzhou Municipal Government held a symposium with China National Salt Industry Group (CNSG). Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Li Yaoqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of CNSG, reached a broad consensus on jointly accelerating the reorganization and the layout of new projects of Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd CNSG.

At the meeting, they listened to the report on the work of Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd CNSG. Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd CNSG is located in Xujiadong Town, Suxian District. Its predecessor is Chenzhou Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd., a military to civilian enterprise of nuclear industry 711 mine. The nuclear industry 711 mine once provided qualified raw materials for China's first atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb, known as the "First Merit Uranium Mine".

Influenced by the market weakness and other factors at that time, in March 2016, the company entered the reorganization legal process. In August 2018, Chenzhou Intermediate People's Court announced the approval of the company's reorganization plan.

Liu Zhiren expressed thanks to CNSG for its contribution to Chenzhou's economic development. Liu Zhiren said that CNSG has a good foundation for cooperation with Chenzhou, and considers to lay out more new projects in Chenzhou and open a new chapter of cooperation hand in hand. The municipal Party committee and the municipal government would give full support to the reorganization of Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd CNSG to ensure the smooth and stable completion of the reorganization. All departments at all levels would set up green channels, optimize business environment, create a good environment for the development of CNSG in Chenzhou, carefully study the suitable development format of the original land of Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd CNSG, help enterprises to do a good job in land assets activation, and make every effort to provide strong support for the development of CNSG in Chenzhou, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.

Li Yaoqiang expressed thanks to Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their support to the development of CNSG in Chenzhou. He said that in the next step, the group will make every effort to promote the reorganization and land assets revitalization of Huaxiang Chemical Co., Ltd CNSG, and carry out practical cooperation with Chenzhou in a wider area to achieve win-win development.
