Recently, Chenzhou City organized to listen to and watch the national land and space planning video training meeting. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the meeting in Chenzhou Branch. After the meeting, Chenzhou immediately arranged and deployed the implementation of the spirit of the national land and space planning video training meeting. Liu Zhiren stressed that we should conscientiously carry out the idea of ecological civilization of Chenzhou, uphold the red line and bottom line of the ecology, strengthen the scientificity and foresight of territorial spatial planning, and accomplish the planning of land space in Chenzhou with high quality and high standard.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that we should thoroughly implement the thought of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization, and important speech on urban work, urbanization, land and natural resources, and the important instructions for Hunan's work. We should always adhere to the concept of "ecological priority and green development", do a good job in land and resources, and complete Chenzhou's land and space planning with high quality and high standard.

Liu Zhiren asked that we should deeply understand the spirit of the national land and space planning video training meeting, closely follow the reality of Chenzhou, open the door and grasp the planning, guide and encourage the whole people to participate in the planning work; should always adhere to the people-centered development idea, make every effort to promote the construction of Chenzhou national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zone, and build a green water and green mountains model zone, green transformation demonstration zone and inclusive development pioneer zone; should lay a solid foundation for Chenzhou's high-quality development, and strengthen multi compliance, strengthen the scientific and forward-looking planning.

Liu Zhiren required that we should optimize the ecology, protect the red line, and hold the important control lines such as the red line of urban, agricultural, ecological space and ecological protection, the red line of permanent basic farmland protection, and the border of urban development; should do a good job in overall planning, strengthen safeguard measures, and ensure that the land and space planning work is completed as required; should strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen the construction of information platform, and strengthen coordination; should strengthen the planning and scientificity of the work, and make clear the responsibility list according to the task objectives; should strengthen the institutionalization of the work and form the effectiveness of the work; should strengthen the funding guarantee, and strengthen the seriousness and execution of the planning.
