On December 3rd, Liu Zhaohui, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Magistrate, chaired a special conference on Internet + employment poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation. The conference analyzed the problems existing in the current work of Internet + employment poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation, and made arrangements for the specific work in the current and future periods.

At the meeting, the county's "Internet + employment poverty alleviation", "Internet + industry poverty alleviation" work report was heard. It was reported that in 2019, Yongxing County actively built the Internet platform construction and established the employment poverty alleviation pattern of "online + offline", "entity + network" and "on-site + remote". Up to now, 115,800 people have been transferred to work in the county, and 3120 people have been trained in vocational skills, entrepreneurship and poverty-stricken labor force. In addition, the county has constantly deepened the exploration of "Internet + consumption poverty alleviation + industry poverty alleviation" mode, improved the rural logistics and transportation, and opened up barriers to various industries, so as to achieve the annual trading volume of agricultural products sold by e-commerce in 29 poor villages of 10.22 million yuan.

Liu Zhaohui pointed out at the meeting that we should use "Internet +" thinking to promote the two jobs of employment poverty alleviation and industry poverty alleviation. We should make clear the new two goals, that are "no worries about employment" and "no worries about the sale of agricultural products"; 80 percent of poor labor force with employment intention, and achieving 80 percent of the economic income of poor labor families through employment. We should strengthen organizational leadership and establish and improve the system of joint meetings; should find out the labor force, skills, training and employment situation of poverty alleviation through employment and industry; should actively explore various business methods and modes, and focus on employment and industrial development; should integrate resources such as platform, information and technology, and promote the highlights of the two tasks; and should help the masses out of poverty through employment and industry.
