On December 4, Zou Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, visited Chenzhou Economic Development Zone for investigation, stressing that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of industrial ecosystem in the park, seize the historical opportunity of industrial gradient transfer, and promote the high-quality development of the park economy.

Zou Wenhui successively came to Hua'an Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., Headway Technology, Jinhong Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Tianlongxin Company and other enterprises in the park to learn about the production and operation of the enterprises on the spot, and dispatched the project landing, park development and other work. From January to November this year, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone achieved a total income of 58 billion yuan in technology, industry and trade, an increase of 5 percent; a total industrial output value of 18 billion yuan, an increase of 7 percent; a paid in tax of 760 million yuan, an increase of 17 percent; a total investment of 3.88 billion yuan in fixed assets, an increase of 12 percent; and a total investment of 5.3 billion yuan, an increase of 10 percent.

Zou Wenhui pointed out that the current plate industry transfer has become a general trend, which is an important stage of industrial gradient transfer. Chenzhou Economic Development Zone should seize the opportunity, do a good job in industrial planning, formulate industrial policies, expand the bearing space, and rapidly improve the ability and level of undertaking industrial transfer; should strengthen the construction of industrial ecosystem, improve element support, government service, financial service and supply chain service, adhere to the investment attraction of industrial chain, and achieve a breakthrough in attracting large and strong enterprises; should optimize its internal operation mechanism and improve its working efficiency according to the needs of industrial development; should speed up the promotion of the project, ensure that all objectives and tasks of the whole year are completed in an all-round way, and lay a solid foundation for the start of the next year and the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan. All departments at all levels should strengthen their responsibilities, pay close attention to the implementation, and solidly promote the solution of various problems in the development of the park.
