On the morning of December 3, the launching ceremony of "Pediatric Clinical Skills Training Center" established by Chenzhou Children's Hospital was held on the 5th floor of the inpatient building.

The "Pediatric Clinical Skills Training Center" is led by the Nursing Office of Children's Hospital and assisted by the medical office. It took nearly 10 months to complete the preparatory work by taking the opportunity of hospital service quality improvement year. It aims to provide good training place, equipment and management services for pediatric medical staff, comprehensively improve the level of pediatric operation skills of medical staff, better provide safe and humanistic services for children, and improve the satisfaction of children and parents.

"Pediatric Clinical Skills Training Center" covers an area of nearly 500 square meters. After simple decoration, various models, instruments, facilities and equipment required for clinical operation have been added again, which can meet the operation training of the vast majority of medical care at the same time. In addition to training the medical staff of our hospital, we can also undertake the training tasks of large-scale academic conference workshops. The first batch of training will be the operation training of new nurses in our hospital.

The "Pediatric Clinical Skills Training Center" has a special working group to establish and improve various management systems. All items are managed placed and sorted according to 8s standard to ensure that the operating items are in good condition and ready for operation training at any time. The establishment of the training center, which integrates the teaching, training, assessment and other multiple functions, will greatly improve the teaching facilities and conditions of our hospital, significantly increase the opportunities for medical personnel to operate, and provide a good platform for training a large number of excellent medical personnel with solid theoretical basis and strong practical ability.
