Recently, Yizhang County held the 6th navel orange culture festival and the 2nd "consumer poverty alleviation" agricultural products production and marketing promotion meeting in 2019, with 15 navel orange enterprises and 30 characteristic agricultural products enterprises on-site exhibition and sales.

Yizhang County is located in Gannan - Xiangnan - Guibei citrus belt, one of the three major citrus industrial belts in China. In recent years, relying on the unique natural climate conditions, Yizhang County Party committee and county government have accelerated the development of navel orange as the top priority of the county's agricultural industry, which has been successfully included in the national navel orange advantage industrial belt, the key production area of Hunan navel orange, and the key production base of the "vegetable basket" project in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. It has been rated as the raw material base county of green food (navel orange) and the national navel orange standardization demonstration county by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas. At present, Yizhang County is actively applying to the relevant departments for the "hometown of navel orange in China".

At the promotion meeting, 4 local enterprises, including Zhanxiang Green Agriculture Co., Ltd., County Fruit Industry Association, County Rural Cooperative Economic Organization Federation and County Xinrui Huimin Co., Ltd., signed agreements with 6 enterprises, including Shenzhen Haoshizai Group and Shenzhen Xinxiangshi Orange Green Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., with an amount of 200 million yuan.
