On December 16, the construction ceremony of Dongjiang water diversion phase II project was held. Wang Heping, member of the Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and head of the United Front Department of the municipal Party committee, announced the comprehensive construction.  The implementation of Dongjiang water diversion phase II project will greatly improve the urban water supply infrastructure in our city, and thoroughly solve the water supply bottleneck restricting the urbanization construction process of our city. After completion, the project will mainly supply water for towns along Chenzhou Avenue and Chenyong Avenue and urban area of Guiyang County. With the total estimated investment of 1.035 billion yuan, and the design period of 12 months, the project is planned to complete the water trial before the Spring Festival of 2021.
