Recently, Luo Chenghui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over a meeting to schedule the construction of some key projects in Zixing City.

At the meeting, the heads of relevant departments and enterprises reported the implementation situation and existing problems of 6 key projects, including Jinlei South cement green building materials industrial park, neutral borosilicate medical glass,Tsingtao Beer culture experience center and cans production line, Yixin Technology, Dongjiang Big Data Industrial Park incremental distribution power project, Dongjiang Big Data Industrial Park centralized cooling (heating) energy (phase I) comprehensive development and construction.

Luo Chenghui pointed out that the scheduling mechanism should be integrated to form a working force. Relevant departments and responsible units should sort out the project situation, fully understand the current progress of the project and existing problems; should put forward effective opinions and suggestions for the next construction of the project; should speed up the early stage of the project and clarify the objectives. The owner unit and headquarters of the project should perfect the next goal and plan according to the actual situation; should complete the project approval work in the early stage of the project as soon as possible, complete land acquisition, approval and other work as soon as possible, and make preparations for the project commencement.

Luo Chenghui stressed that we should make every effort to strengthen service guarantee and optimize the investment environment. Relevant departments and township streets should do their best to serve the project well, and go to the project site to understand the situation and dispatch; should put themselves in a position to consider and solve problems for projects and enterprises.
