Recently, Xiao Liang, Deputy District Chief of Suxian District Government, convened the major leaders of Suxian District headquarters, District Natural Resources Bureau, Bailutang Town and Feitianshan Town of "natural gas into Chenzhou" project and the relevant secretary of village branch to carry out warning meeting.

At the meeting, they learned and conveyed the meeting spirit of Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, about the special scheduling of "natural gas into Chenzhou". The progress of the project was reported, and it was pointed out that the last kilometer of natural gas into Chenzhou has not been opened yet. The blocking point and checkpoint are in Suxian District. Suxian District is tight in time, heavy in task and great in responsibility. It is necessary to improve its political position, abandon its illusions and fight with all strength.

The meeting stressed that it is necessary to clarify the overall task, put people first, properly solve the remaining problems, complete the work in an all-round way, get through the last kilometer, and benefit the people as soon as possible; adhere to the three guiding principles and advance in an all-round way.

First, adhere to the goal orientation. Bailutang Town and Feitianshan Town should dare to act hard and take the initiative to coordinate and solve all problems before January 10, 2020. The district headquarters should make plans, arrange the time, tasks, construction period, and assign responsibilities to people. If the task cannot be completed within the time limit, it shall be transferred to the relevant department for accountability.

Second, adhere to the problem orientation. The existing problems in the "natural gas into Chenzhou " project should be included in the theme education of "never forget the original intention and keep the mission in mind", and included in the rectification of "looking back". It is necessary to distinguish the responsibilities of the territorial and project construction parties. If the natural gas can not enter the system due to the problems, the responsibilities of the parties shall be investigated. Those who make trouble without reason and disturb the construction environment shall be resolutely attacked.

Third, adhere to the results oriented. The project construction should be safe, stable and orderly. The District Natural Resources Bureau should earnestly perform its duties and urge the construction party to reclaim the land in time. Departments, towns and villages should make concerted efforts, link up and down, provide accurate services, and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and with quality.
